My brother was born with a hair lip and cleft pallet and is 37 in a few short weeks! I hope you had a lovely birthday and never give up just because you maybe a little different!       Happy birthday my son is now 24. Was born w bi-lateral cleft lip and palette. Had over 30 surgery thru the yrs. He looked amazing before repair a amazing after. He is a strong young man. As he grew up and had stiches i would tell him if it left a scar it's a battle scar. What doesn't break us will make us stronger. He is an amazing young man today. So proud of him. He doesn't care what others think of him. Neither should you. As long as you have God. He knew you in your mothers womb has great thing for you little one. Hold your head up high. Don't let this mean World tear you down. You are meant for greatness.

    There is lot of hope for you little man! I looked exactly like you ....58 years ago..born with a Cleft lip and - pallet! The Doctors fixed my face in a number of operations ...over a number of years....keep on fighting....keep on believing in yourself!
    Life will throw unique challenges at you because of this slight disability.Don't let anybody ever tell you, you are not beautiful! You are beautiful ! The Lord has been good to me and today I am married to the most beautiful and gorgeous woman you can think of....successful in my professional life! Remember this when you grow up:
